Trip program
D1: Meet in Montréal, hotel.
D2: Free day in Montréal. Late afternoon we drive by bus to Saint Michel des Saints (200km). Equipment distribution and brieefing. Camp at Lake Taureau.
D3: Morning departure starting by an exciting floatplane flight to Lake des Sables (1h). We begin the canoeing expedition towards the south.
D4 to D9: Our canoes will progress through several lakes, wild beaches and small islands. When we enter the Vermillon river we will navigate with some more speed and more excitement. Then we enter the du Poste river. Every day we will ride approximately 10Km, enjoying several stops to rest, for a swim or just to enjoy the landscape. The end of the day is spent around the fire, cooking and talking about the daily events. After the 4th day the lakes are larger and we start spotting some lonely fishermen.
D10: Arrival to Lake Taureau and return to Saint Michel des Saints. Bus to Montréal's centre; hotel.
D11:Bus drive to Tadoussac , hotel.
D12:During the morning we go on a exciting whale watching trip on the St Lawrence gulf (3h). In the afternoon we drive to Québec city.
D14: Free day in Québec: we
suggest that you explore the town's Old Quarter, classified
World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the Citadel, the Stone
Walls, the Park des Champs de Bataille, the Old
Port among other.
D15: Transport to the centre of Montréal. End of program.

Includes: hotel in double room in Montréal, Tadoussac and Québec, tent during the expedition, all domestic transport as indicated, whale watching trip, all meals during the canoe trip, guiding and necessary collective equipment for the canoe and whale watching trips.
Does not include: personal equipment, visits on free time, meals in the cities and in transit, tips, travel insurance, the transport between bus terminals and the hotels.
Equipment provided: Tents, mattresses, sleeping bags, canoes, life jackets, bags.
Group: min 4 persons, max 16.
Program: Depending on weather conditions, the groups condition or other justifiable, the guide may alter the program.
Vaccines: None recommended or mandatory.
Equipment: sleeping bag (3-4 seasons), hiking boots, waterproof gear, etc.
