Trip program
D1: Meeting in Torla late afternoon, hotel.
D2: We leave Torla (1033m) through the river Ara valley towards the magnificent Ordesa canyon plateau (1300m) where we stop for a pic-nic and visit a monument. Return to Torla by the same way (5h).
D3: Transport to Sarten (1300m) in the Ordesa canyon. Trek through the woods to Cotatuero waterfall and then Faja Rancun (1840m) a trail on the cliffs edge 500m above the valley. We pass the imponent El Gallinero promontory and reach Sallarons; return to Sarten (5h). Transport to Torla.
D4: Transport to Nerín in Añislclo valley. Hike to La Estiva mount (1962m) and then along the border of Añisclo gorge until we reach Ravine de la Mirona. Return to Nerín (4h) and Torla.
D5: Transport to San Nicolas de Bujaruelo (1350m). We climb to Ravine Lapazosa , then cross the Ara river to the Otal valley, where we pic-nic in a very calm environment. Return to San Nicolas de Bajaruelo descending by the valley (4h). Return to Torla.
D6: Transport to Sarten (1250m). Crossing Arazas river we follow a trail called Senda de los Cazadores (The Hunters Trail) and will stop at Calcilluarego belvedere (2000m) over the abyss. We continue along the exciting trail Faja de Pelay that leads us to the interior of Ordesa canyon. Arriving at Soaso surrounded by stone walls we will see the Colla de Caballo waterfall, where the water disperses in the shape of a horse tail. Return to Sartens by the Arazas river bank (6h30) and to Torla.
D7: Breakfast and end of the program.
